“ I frequent this location regularly and never have any issues. The staff is pleasant and the store is always clean. Food is hot and fresh and comes out in good time. I really anjoy that the day shift managers interact with the team and guests. The night shift is a little slower but they still do great. It's a huge improvement from tears previous. ”

The only problem I have is I bought a coupon off Groupon 30 for 20, and spent 22 now I'm told I was to use it in 1 visit, I would have bought cookies or spent it on to go. Feel isn't right by Big Boy it says no where to use in 1 visit. That defeated my purpose of even getting a deal. ”

“ wow i am impressed.. i got a double big boy burger and it A BEAST! much better than big macs and double big mac. i also added onion rings to my order and they were excellent. wide range of foods such as breakfast, country fried steak and eggs, farmers omelette, waffles, french toast and pancakes and biscuits and gravy. sides like chili cheese fries, onion rings and pretzel bites. many sandwiches including a 13 smash burger. deserts like banana split, floats and shakes. Even turkey dinners, fish and chips and chicken parm.. iconic restaurant that is still very good ”

“ Our server Bri was awesome all around polite and helpful 10/10 for that. The main food was also 10/10 I had the bobs bacon burger and added mushroom, my mom had the meat lovers omelette with biscuits, and my fiance had the Phillysteak. We also had the mozzarella sticks but we all agree they barely had flavor and the marinara wasn’t my favorite but 10/10 for crunch and cheese pull lol. ”
“ Absolutely awesome! Service was great, was able to memorize order and get it out to us with only one small hiccup. Brought out French toast instead of pancakes. Immediately corrected it then left French toast with us since they had to trash them anyways. That’s how to make happy customers in an error, which happens to the best of us. In my opinion, every store messes up orders from time to time but it’s how they deal with it/you afterwards and these guys nailed it! Every bit of our food was great after sampling 5 dishes (family of 5). The big boy burger and onions rings were amazing. We also had 4 deserts after dinner and they were very high quality and hefty amounts. Soooo worth my money I couldn’t believe it especially in today’s economy it was nice to feel bang for my buck again. We will 100% be going back. After reading some of the bad reviews from approximately 4-5 months ago it seems most all the complaints have been addressed and I witnessed them personally. One was about not being helped in the lobby. There was a gentleman standing in the lobby tonight that was asked if he needed help 3 times before my family even sat down. Another bad review mentioned poor food quality but as you read it was amazing. Another was poor service from wait staff that didn’t seem to care but they must have hired a new crew or something but all I saw was great attentive service from all 3 of the servers on the floor. Our server was fast with requests and very polite with my kids. I wish I got his name, started with a K. Another bad review was disgusting bathroom so I went to look and it was a clean up-to-snuff bathroom. New favorite place in town! Thank you Big Boy staff! ”
